The Mood – Guarded, But Good
According to what our team heard & saw, the rental industry is cautiously optimistic. Interest rates are dropping, allowing for more purchasing flexibility. But the economy’s facing a lot of major events happening at the same time, which always brings a little uncertainty.
That said, the show had good foot traffic, with people ready to buy.
The Booth – Over 200 Booth Visitors
Our booth saw plenty of activity! We were able to count over 200 visitors over the course of the show. We even welcomed back a few current clients, who came to buy some new Heli models.
Visitors liked “The Do-It-All” – the Heli CPQYD25-KU1H solid pneumatic tire. Its versatility & price competitiveness with other brands brought it some (well deserved) attention.
The Conversations – Service & Support is Available
Several visitors asked us about service for Heli forklifts. Makes sense of course—you want to get the most life out of your equipment for as long as possible.
But we want to make something clear. Fellow ARA members can always come directly to Industrial Forklifts with service & parts needs.
Our partnerships mean you’ll always have access to critical forklift maintenance & repair, along with whatever parts you need. It either comes from our own team or a dealer partner’s.
