We’re continuing our head-to-head forklift brand comparisons! For those of you who want to hear how Heli stacks up to other forklift brands, this is another head-to-head post with the data to show who wins out.
In this post we’ll compare the Heli G-series of electric forklifts, to NobleLift’s FE3D electric forklift line. (We’ve already compared Heli with Hangcha in this post.)
Electric Forklift Comparisons: Heli G-Series vs. NobleLift FE3D Series
Noble’s FE3D series are 3-wheel, 48V electrics, built primarily for indoor material handling operations. Accordingly, we’ll compare them with Heli’s G-series electrics, such as the CPD20.
(While Heli does offer 4-wheel electric forklifts as well, we’re not including them here to provide a fair comparison.)
In terms of capacity, the two series match up evenly. You’re looking at forklifts with 3,000lbs. to 4,000lbs. of lift. Both serve as good all-around material handlers within indoor environments like warehouses & shipping centers. Operation for both is equally simple due to similar cabin design & modern digital readouts.
Those are the similarities. Now, let’s look at the differences. As before, we mapped them out in tables.
Feature Comparisons: Heli G-Series Forklifts vs. NobleLift FE3D Forklifts
Battery Operation & Charging
| Feature | Heli G Series | NobleLift FE3D Series |
| Battery Warranty | 10 years/20,000 hours | 10 years/20,000 hours |
| Charging Options (On-Board) | Built-In 110V or 220V chargers standard | Optional onboard charger available (24V/35A for 110V or 65A for 240V) |
| Charging Options (External) | Supports 220V single-phase, and 220V & 480V 3-phase | External charger required; supports 220V 3-phase only |
| Battery Voltage & Capacity (narrower range = better energy efficiency) | 80V lithium system, standard 202Ah capacity, optional up to 404Ah | 48V system, 455Ah standard, optional up to 560Ah (higher weight, longer charge) |
Advantage: Heli. Heli forklifts give higher voltage and standard onboard chargers, though Noble is equal in warranty period.
Operational Factors
| Feature | Heli G Series | NobleLift FE3D Series |
| Turn Radius | 86.6 in | 61-66 in |
| Travel Speed | Up to 12 mph unloaded | Up to 9.3 mph unloaded |
| Lifting Speed (Loaded) | 17.7 in/sec | 8 in/sec |
| Operator Noise Level | Under 70 dB | ~73 dB |
| Battery Access | Standing | Standing |
About even. Helis offer faster travel & lifting speed, but Nobles show a tighter turn radius.
Truck Dimensions
| Feature | Heli G Series | NobleLift FE3D Series |
| Truck Width | 42 in | 41 in |
| Ground Clearance | High mast and undercarriage clearance, good for uneven surfaces | Low clearance, suitable for flat indoor surfaces |
| Wheelbase | 53 in | 44.7 in |
Advantage: Heli. It’s better adapted for addressing obstacles without getting too bulky.
Conclusion: Close Race, Heli Edges Ahead on Power & Adaptivity
We’re not disparaging NobleLift or any other brand with these comparisons. In fact, these brands share many strengths, and NobleLift’s electric units offer clear advantages—especially when it comes to lithium-ion efficiency compared to traditional lead-acid systems.
That said, in this particular comparison, the Heli G-Series comes out slightly ahead. It offers faster charging, longer run times, and greater adaptability across a wider range of operating environments—areas where NobleLift may face limitations.
