2. Introductory Consultation

Our team will schedule a call to learn about your business and market, and to share what it means to represent the Heli brand—including dealer expectations, territory strategy, and available resources.

3. Application Review & Qualification

Once we receive your application, we’ll evaluate it based on your location, service capability, business history, and alignment with our distribution strategy.

4. Dealer Agreement

If approved, you will receive a formal Dealer Agreement outlining mutual commitments, sales expectations, market responsibilities, and support provisions.

5. Operational Readiness

We will work with you to establish or expand your business operations to meet Heli’s standards for:

  • Sales representation
  • Parts inventory
  • Technical support and warranty handling
  • Local marketing and customer care

6. Training & Launch Support

Your team will be enrolled in Heli’s comprehensive onboarding program, which includes:
