How to Access the Dealer Portal
On the main IndustrialForklifts.com website, click the “Dealer Portal Login” link at the very top right. You’ll come to a login screen.
Enter the username & password your Industrial Forklifts rep gave you. (If you don’t have this, contact us at info@industrialforklifts.com.)
Then click the Log In button. You’ll be taken to the portal’s dashboard.
Equipment Order Entry
To enter a new order, click the “New Order” link at the top. You’ll see a window like the screenshot below.
- Fill in the fields for your order, address, PO number, and quote number.
- Use the dropdowns to select equipment type & terms.
- There are two Upload fields to upload your Worksheet and Purchase Orders. Click their “Upload Files” buttons to upload the respective files (PDF only).
- Click Continue when finished.
Filing Cases for Support
The “Support and Warranty Cases” section is for filing cases on purchased forklifts, such as technical support or submitting warranty claims.
Support Ticket
Do you need tech support with a Heli forklift? Request it by filing a new case in the Dealer Portal.
- Click Support & Warranty Cases.
- Click “Tech Support Ticket.”
- Fill out the form with your account information and the forklift’s asset details (serial, meter reading, etc.).
- Click Save when complete.
Warranty Claim
To file a new warranty claim, you’ll file a new case similar to the above.
- Click Support & Warranty Cases.
- Click “New Warranty Claim.”
- Fill out the form with your account information and the details of your issue.
- Click Save when complete.
Order Monitoring & Reports
Click the “Reports Dashboard” button in the portal menu, or the link in the top bar. You’ll see a group of charts & graphs with order information.
Here you can view confirmed and unconfirmed forklift orders, assets with warranty information, order status, and more.
NOTE: The dashboard reporting is unique to your account. Only you will see this information.
